Terms and Conditions of Marina Flamingo Concierge Billing Enrollment

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, I (we) authorize Marina Flamingo Development Group SRL (“Marina Flamingo”) to make recurring charges to my registered credit card(s) for any and all goods or services sold by Marina Flamingo and, if necessary, to initiate adjustments for any transactions that may have been credited or debited in error.

This authorization will remain in effect until I (we) notify Marina Flamingo in writing of my (our) intent to cancel, allowing sufficient time for Marina Flamingo and the credit card company to process the request. Marina Flamingo processes recurring credit card charges on a daily basis. Please note that a few days may pass before the charge appears on your credit card statement.

Informed Consent Under Costa Rican Law No. 8968

I hereby give my informed consent, in accordance with Law No. 8968, to Marina Flamingo Development Group SRL, legal entity number 3-102-691894, with registered offices in Guanacaste, Santa Cruz, Cabo Velas, Playa Flamingo, Marina Flamingo, Administrative Office of the Marina (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Manager”), to:

• Store the personal data contained in this form in its database (“Collections Marina Flamingo”) for the purpose of processing credit card payments.
• Share this data exclusively with the following recipients, solely for the purposes described above:
  • The Data Manager
  • BAC San José and Banco BCT, as regulated financial institutions in Costa Rica
  • The Data Manager’s credit card collection service provider

I understand and acknowledge:

• The optional nature of the information I provide, and that the only consequence of not providing it will be the inability of the Data Manager to process payments by credit card.
• My rights to access, rectify, delete, or cancel my personal data, which I may exercise by writing to ar@visitmarinaflamingo.com, the email address provided by the Data Manager for these purposes.
